NFPS utilizes multiple lines of communications, including email, telephone, facsimile and multiple office locations to ensure clients get the information they need in a timely manner.
Additionally, we have created a client relations department to have dedicated client service professionals on staff to handle any concerns and ensure quality communication.
NFPS recognizes the needs and challenges of small communities. We have a full-time grant administrator on staff to help our public-sector clients find and secure needed funding for projects.

Our project managers attend Council and Commissioner meetings to address agenda items with the Board and citizens directly.
