Bio: Attended the University of Florida where he graduated in December of 2014 with high honors. While at the University of Florida, Brian was a member of Chi Epsilon honor society. He was selected as one of only four recipients nationally to be awarded the Transportation Research Internship Program (TRIP) Scholarship where he was able to work with the nation’s top transportation engineers as they studied a number of ways to improve and make transportation more safe and efficient.A few of these subjects included round-a-bouts, connections between vehicle acceleration and CO2 emissions, and FlagSim – an up and coming software that will simulate MOT Plans and their effects on traffic conditions. Brian also has worked for Hydra Engineering & Construction in the past, where he helped with the design of many federal projects for the Navy, US Coast Guard, Florida Wildlife Commission, US Forest Service, and the US National Park Service.
