Chad McCormick

Project Manager

Bio: Mr. McCormick has over 12 years’ experience in the areas of planning, urban and rural roadway design, site development, land development and design, water distribution systems, wastewater development and design, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and recreational design. He also has broad experience in permitting various types of projects. He has successfully obtained permits from the Army Corps of Engineers, St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and other regulatory agencies.

Mr. McCormick has managed many transportation projects, from the planning stages through completion for a wide variety of both public and private clients.
