President
Bio: Mr. Bailey, the President of North Florida Professional Services, Inc. is experienced in the areas of planning, transportation design, access management, site development, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, recreational design, hydrological studies, and environmental studies. He has managed hundreds of development projects, from the planning stages through completion for a wide variety of both public and private clients.
Mr. Bailey has also worked for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as a Project Engineer/Manager. While at FDOT, Mr. Bailey served as the District Permits Engineer for District II. His duties in this position included preparation of permits for the EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Regulation, Florida Department of Natural Resources, and other local regulatory agencies.
