The Preserve at Laurel Lake
The NFPS design team designed the adaptation of Preserve at Laurel Lake subdivision throughout its expansive development. Now one of the premier living communities in North Central Florida, The Preserve developed from 40 plus lots to over 400 lots along with a club house and community area, recreation area including a pool, volleyball, tennis, picnic and RV parking areas and nature preservation areas. NFPS worked with the developers to complete the layout of initial phases, including amenities and future phases of the Preserve.
Our team completed the design and permitting for this project, which involved extensive stormwater permitting through Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) due to the wetlands on site. Those wetlands required delineation and were conserved as natural amenities for the development.
