NFPS understands timeliness is crucial to each project; our project managers seek and take advantage of overlapping activities at every opportunity. At the start of each new project, NFPS will create a timeline for each step of the project from planning to design, through permitting, construction and final closeout.
We have been successful with one of our recent county government clients in taking over engineering services from another engineer that was behind schedule and at risk of losing grant funding. We completed the engineering work within a two-month timeframe that had been delayed for almost nine (9) months.
NFPS offers Cost-Effective Solutions!
NFPS understands the needs and challenges of small communities. We have a full-time grant administrator on staff to help our public-sector clients find and secure needed funding for projects. We also try to find alternative solutions to problems that result in cost-effective completion of projects. Additionally, we have been able to perform our services at lower costs to our clients, helping them come under budget when they had been over budget with different engineering consultants.

Our professional staff of engineers are extremely experienced, and we employ quality-control methods to ensure that our plans are accurate and complete. By providing quality professional services, our team has helped facilitate much needed projects in these rural areas.
We provide an integrated team of professionals with the relevant expertise to best manage each project from the planning phase through engineering, and ultimately, construction inspection. NFPS employs over 45 talented full-time staff members including professional engineers, surveyors, inspectors, planners, CAD designers and grant administrators to serve our clients. NFPS is licensed and qualified to perform the requested services in the State of Florida.

NFPS utilizes multiple lines of communication to ensure clients get the information they need in a timely manner. Additionally, we have created a client relations department to have dedicated client service professionals on staff to handle any concerns and ensure quality communication.
NFPS is committed to making your project’s success our number one priority. Our project managers will make regular visits with your staff as needed to ensure goals are being met and projects run smoothly. We make an effort to have a company representative at monthly meetings to answer questions and to address agenda items with the Board and citizens directly.
