NFPS is Committed to Quality Construction!

We are proud to announce that our Building Official is available to assist with all your Inspection needs. If you require building officials that will provide prompt, reliable and quality service, we can supply your needs.

Private Inspection Services: NFPS helps private contractors with the building permitting process with your local building department. We can assist with:

  • Preparing Building Permit Applications;
  • Performing Plans Examination; and
  • Reviewing Building Code Administration.

We verify Code Compliance with the following inspections:

  • General Building Inspections;
  • Structural Inspections;
  • Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Inspections;
  • Fire Plans Renew; and
  • Fire Inspections.
Our Certified Building Official (CBO) will conduct inspections of construction, alteration, repair, remodeling, or demolition of structures and the installation of building systems, when permitting is required, to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and any applicable local technical amendment to the Florida Building Code. He is licensed as a Building Code Administrator & Inspector, and Fire Safety Inspector with the State of Florida, as well as a Stormwater Management Inspector with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. NFPS is committed to being a proactive, hands-on partner for you. If selected as your Building Official Services provider, we will make ourselves available, and proactively research innovative design while monitoring trends that could benefit your community.
Supplement a Local Building Department: NFPS is here to help manage your Building Department or supplement your current staff with additional resources, including:

  • Building Code Administration;
  • Plans Examination;
  • Code Compliance Inspections (General Building Inspections, Structural Inspections, and Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Inspections);
  • State Certified Fire Inspections (Fire Plan Reviews and Fire Inspections; and
  • Planning & Zoning Official Services (Flood Plain Administration).
