NFPS provided improvements for this FDOT project consisted of the construction of auxiliary lanes on I-95 (SR 9) in Duval County FL from the Old St. Augustine Road interchange to 0.8 miles South of I-295, as well as safety modifications to the I-95 / Old St. Augustine Road interchange.

The contract also included milling and resurfacing of existing lanes, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb and gutters, traffic signals, barrier wall, guardrail, signing and pavement markings and other incidental construction on I-95 (SR 9). NFPS was responsible for the CEI services on this large scale FDOT project.
