NFPS was selected to perform site planning duties for the construction of a 15,000 SF Harbor Freight Tools located in Lake City FL.   NFPS prepared plans for the extension of a water main from the rear of the site located on Grouse Place to connect to the main waterline in order to provide necessary fire protection to the building. Additional services provided included assistance with permitting through the City of Lake City, Columbia County, Florida Department of Transportation, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
