NFPS was selected by Milton Smith to provide engineering services for a proposed assisted living facility in Fort White. The Scope of Services for this plan included zoning and land use changes to allow for development of the project, preparation of a conceptual plan for an 8,500 SF building and the associated parking needed for the facility, survey, construction plans, permitting, and construction administration. NFPS also assisted with the coordination of the project with the Town of Fort White, Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD), and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
