South Columbia County Utility Masterplan

NFPS developed the Potable Water and Wastewater Utility Master Plans for the expansive south region in Columbia County addressing short-range, mid-range and long-range 20-year infrastructure needs considering population growth, commercial development, reliability, and system connectivity. NFPS provided planning alternatives, capital improvement project schedules with cost estimates, financial analysis, along with overall project management, and QC of the technical report development and publication. We researched the development of population and growth projections, infrastructure assessment, hydraulic modeling, and future growth planning; and provided the Utility Planning and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
