Our mission is to provide clients with the best CEI service with a team of dedicated, highly qualified staff of construction engineers, inspectors, and support staff utilizing the latest equipment and technologies available. Our goals are to:
- Enhance project communication
- Establish and maintain project expectations;
- Reduce issues that could result in claims;
- Minimize risks during construction; and
- Fulfill all construction objectives.
Fully Trained & Qualified Staff! All NFPS Inspectors are FDOT Certified in the following: Maintenance of Traffic (MOT); Earthwork; Asphalt; Concrete; and Final Estimates.
At NFPS, our CEI experts have a high level of knowledge on the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to provide construction-observation services. Our professionals have overseen hundreds of construction projects ranging from small arterial street improvements to Interstate projects and complex bridge/infrastructure improvements. Under the supervision and direction of the CEI Project Administrator/Project Engineer, the CEI Inspector is assigned a project from inception to completion and provides surveillance of the Contractor’s Quality Control activities at the project site and performs quality assurance assessments to ensure that construction matches the contracted services.
